Opening Ceremony

The opening ceremony of MEMO 2022 took place in the late afternoon of the day before the exams, in the aula of Gymnasium Lebermatt. The curtains opened on a traditional Swiss musical performance that was greatly appreciated by the entire audience. Then, following speeches made by the moderator (Dimitri Degkwitz), the organisers (Tim, Nicole and Jana) and the headmaster of the Gymnasium, all teams went up stage in quick succession, displaying their flag and saying a greeting in their respective languages. The ceremony ended with a second musical performance.
